工作内容：

1、贯彻和执行上级关于工程资料管理的各项规定。
2、负责所有工程合同、资料图纸、洽商记录、来往函件的及时接收、整理、发放、借出、保存以及工程图纸变更等各项工作。
3、随工程的开展进行同步收集和整理有关工程项目资料。
4、对需要变更的文件和设计方案，应对其进行编号登记，及时、有效地传达到工程技术文件使用者手中。
5、收集和整理工程准备阶段、竣工验收阶段形成的文件，并尽快着手进行立卷归档。
6、归档文件必须齐全、完整、系统、准确。
7、工程竣工资料的整理和移交。

8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务，并做好与其他部门的协调配合工作。

任职要求：

1、专科及以上学历，持证上岗，2年以上同岗位工作经验；

2、具备良好的相关专业素质能力，语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力、执行力、责任心、团队协作能力。

3、熟练使用办公软件，了解国家、项目所在地各级政府有关档案管理的规定。
